[UCLA-LUG] ipx_configure

I read the documentation but still feel confused. Do I need
to run the ipx_interface command? 

It's strange because previously I didn't do anything but
just ran this command with some options and put it in the
file /etc/rc.d/rc.local. I don't know why it doesn't work
this time.
