Running the Java console in Netscape 4.72 gives me: 
	Netscape Communications Corporation -- Java 1.1.5

One of the Mozilla guys was telling me that Java support was such a pain 
in the butt that they left it up to Sun to do.  Apparently, Sun hasn't 
exactly been on the ball with it.  When they do however, you can be rest
assured that Netscape/Mozilla will support the latest and greatest Java 
versions.
