If you're using Mandrake 7, you can just pop in the floppy, copy files to
the directory /mnt/floppy/, and then pop the disk out.

If you're using anything else, put the disk in the drive, type "mount
/mnt/floppy", copy files to the directory /mnt/floppy/, type "umount
/mnt/floppy", and remove the disk.

Note that if you like using the graphical user interface instead of the
command line, you can generally do all of this stuff that way too, by
clicking on the CDROM icon on your desktop.
