I am so lame I can barely install anything but I put sean reilly's
Moneydance on my box and now I can balance my checkbook and it printa
nice graphs and reports for my accountant.

sean wrote it in java so you have to get a java package ( he has a link
) . It all installs real fast and easy and you learn how to use it in
about 3 minutes.

It's shareware but is only 25 bucks, cheaper than quicken and better
looking.

A good ersatz quicken to wean people off the trillionairs os.
