[UCLA-LUG] House LAN Wiring Help

I'm remodeling my house and it's in first stage construction.
Adding a second story  and redoing 1st story. Want computer network
connections
in  ALL rooms.  Would appreciate any and all comments, ideas,
suggestions on
how to wire the house.

So far...
   1.  Using 'CAT 5 Cabling'
   2.  Have @ 100 data and phone wall plates (each has 4 RJ45 and/or
phone
        jacks -- 2 vacant ) that I bought at TRW swap meet for a
S-O-N-G!
   3.  Was told to put  conduit so could 'pull' cable/etc in future.
   4.  Have a wiring 'closet' in 'computer room' that has floor crawl
space, ie.,
        accesses to under the house.
   5.  Will have attic above 2nd floor with 2nd floor loft(s) leading to
attic.

PS: Yes, plans have been submitted and ok'd but I don't want to miss
