i'm a little curious.  why exactly is it that you need a _t1_ ?  and why
are you worried about whether or not the person who owns it is a bandwidth
hog?  it seems to me that you'd get much better results if you asked
nicely, without trying to place qualifications on the person who'd be
doing you the favor.  if you need a shell so bad, why don't you fork out
14.95 a month (or however much jps.net wants these days) ?  (yeah, yeah,
that thing about "free".)
