That's a very new network card. 3com just made an unprecedented announcement
(like, last week) that they've released opensource drivers for your card and
several others.

What this means for you is that you need to either wait til these drivers
are integrated into the Linux kernel and thus into mainstream Linux
distributions like RedHat .. or .. just download the drivers yourself and
follow the rather well-written installation instructions.
