Ummm, no they're like in the 20s somewhere (the Top 5 Grad schools are
typically MIT, Georgia Tech, Stanford, CMU and Berkeley in an order that
varies from report to report). As for the impacted-major thing I'm not
going to submit an opinion since I'm Cybernetics (and don't know anything
about it outside of having to deal with annoying PTE issues every
quarter).
