yes, lilo will come up before that.
Hitting the tab key will let you select linux or windows.
when you select windows, the original NT boot will show up with the option
of loading
nt or 98.  You'll be OK.

System commander is good, and cheap.  It has a nice partition/OS wizard
thingy that's very useful too,
