[UCLA-LUG] Re: CSUA/LUG cooperation

I'm glad there is interest in doing this.  Currently, however, LUG
meetings are scheduled at the same time as CSUA officer meetings.  Other
events in the coming quarter may possibly overlap, and better planning at
this current time will make the Fall quarter more successful for both
organizations.  With the incoming freshmen comes a large opportunity to
expand our membership and utilize the fresh energy the new members would
provide.  I think we need to be ambitious and play off each others'
strengths.  This will only benefit both CSUA and the LUG in the end.

I would be interested in knowing what plans the LUG has for this coming
quarter.  I am curious to see where the LUG wants to go as an organization
and how these ambitions relate to CSUA.
