Does anyone know where we can find out information about what athletic
events are being held on these days? I suppose we could check the Central
Ticket Office website. Does anyone else have a preference on dates? What
about rooms?
One other thing to think about is that when planning the event we need to
figure out parking arrangements for people coming from outside of UCLA.
We might be able to reserve parking, but this may come at a price (which I
mean literally in dollars). If we are to reserve parking, we need to have
an approximate idea of how many people we would like to come. We should
also approximate how many people from UCLA would be coming. In other
words, we need to decide now about how big or small we want to make the
event, and aim for that. These details are necessary not only for
reserving the room, but also for pulling the event off well.
