In my two boxes I have an AMD PCnetPCI, an Linksys Etherfast 10/100
(you need to compile a newer tulip driver from Linksys's site), and a
3com 3c905 10/100. All of them are PCI. They all work great. PNP PCI
usually these days is assigned by the bios, and I have never ever had a
problem with a PCI card that didn't want to plug and play.
Supposedly though, the Intel EtherExpress Pro 10/100 is one of the best
cards under Linux, so take a look at that one. Well, if you'd really
like to see what else is supported in RH6.0 take a look here.
